Auburn Outlet Terms and Conditions 

 

 

THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY TO ANY CUSTOMER (“YOU”) WHO PURCHASES GOODS (“GOODS”) FROM​ SAVEBA PTY LTD TRADING AS COCO REPUBLIC (“ COCO REPUBLIC”,“US”, “WE”) AT THE AUBURN OUTLET (“OUTLET”)  HELD BY COCO REBUBLIC. ​

1.     All Goods sold  at the Outlet are seconds, clearance, floor-stock, ex-display, ex-rental, repaired goods, or goods that may have a defect and are discounted on that basis. ​

2.     You must carefully inspect the Goods before purchase. Please chose carefully as We do not offer a refund or exchange for any change of mind or your error in ordering

3.     Full payment must be made on the day of purchase of the Goods. ​

4.     Orders will be processed once We receive full payment for the Goods. ​

5.     COCO REPUBLIC’S STANDARD WARRANTY (WHICH APPEARS ON OUR WEBSITE) DOES NOT APPLY TO ANY OF THE GOODS SOLD AT THE OUTLET, EVEN WHERE THEY MAY BE FACTORY SECONDS OR EX-RENTAL GOODS (WHICH ARE NORMALLY COVERED BY OUR STANDARD WARRANTY). ​

6.     Subject to Australian Consumer Law

The following specific mandatory text applies to Consumers:

Our Goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the Goods repaired or replaced if the Goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure

7.     You acknowledge  and agree that You accept any defects and damage to the Goods purchased as specified on the Disclaimer provided ( if any) and /or in the Order for those Goods and that you have  purchased the Goods subject to any such defects or damage.

8.     You acknowledge there are no returns , refunds or repairs available for the damage to the Goods that the store or seller have told You about, that You should have noticed when examining the Goods, was indicated in photos or the item description on the Disclaimer provided ( if any) and /or in the Order for those Goods.

9.     It is a term of Your  purchase of the Goods  that You must collect or accept delivery of any Goods that you have purchased at the Outlet within seven (7) business days from the date of purchase noted on Your invoice or after you have been advised they are ready for delivery. If You fail to pick up or accept delivery of the Goods by this time and date storage fees will apply. 

10.  Goods can either be picked up on the day of purchase or Monday to Friday from the date of purchase. Goods can only be picked up from the Outlet where  the Goods were purchased. ​

11.  Pick-up is to be arranged between the hours of 9am and 4pm Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. ​

12.  The Outlet will not be open on weekends or public holidays for pick up. ​

 

13.  Collection of Goods from Coco Republic’s Auburn warehouse must be prearranged. It is your responsibility to load the Goods into your vehicle, secure the Goods at the Coco Republic Warehouse and to provide all necessary labour and materials required for such purpose. Coco Republic is under no obligation to assist the Customer to load or secure the Goods. You may be required to sign proof of pick-up documentation upon collection of your Goods. 

 

14.  If you require the Goods to be delivered, Coco Republic only delivers to selected locations, you must ensure Coco Republic delivers to your location prior to placing an order;

 

15.  You must ensure Goods ordered are capable of effective and safe delivery, including that goods will fit through access areas such as doorways and stairs. Goods  cannot be delivered via balcony, inclinators or fire stairs.

 

16.  Access failure does not provide You with grounds for order cancellation.

 

17.  If you cancel your booked delivery within two (2) Business Days of the scheduled delivery date, you will be charged for the pre-arranged delivery costs, the cost of re-delivery and an additional $50 administration fee.
